Jennifer joined the Helwig Agency in May 2017. She obtained her insurance license in December of 2017 and recently earned her CISR designation. Jennifer has dual roles at the agency; servicing personal lines policies as well as being our in-house claims rep, helping our insureds file claims, and then assisting them throughout the process.

Jennifer is a good listener, very easy to talk with, and enjoys customer interaction. She gives her full attention to understanding a situation and offering a solution.

Jennifer and her husband, Mike, have a beautiful daughter, Abbie, who like her mother, is full of fun and personality. As a family, they have welcomed not one, but two Great Danes into their household, Caesar and Magnus, who have added an entirely new dimension to their lives, and provide us many laughs at the agency.

Jennifer serves as the vice president of her daughter’s (junior) class and is involved in other school activities when they occur. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, traveling, shopping with Abbie, playing with the pups, and spending quality time with Mike, her family, and friends. Jennifer is rarely without a smile or her contagious laugh and brings an element of fun to the office setting.
